Addition of Spouse Name
Housing Wing HSVP (erstwhile Housing Board Haryana) provides statutory provisions allowing an active hirer to add the name of their legally wedded spouse (wife or husband, as the case may be) into the allotment records of residential properties distributed under the Hire Purchase framework. This entry is regulated strictly under the following criteria:
Terms and Conditions
- The inclusion or addition of a spouse's name is strictly permissible only during the active currency of the dynamic Hire Purchase Tenancy Agreement (HPTA). Once the full final cost evaluation payment of the housing unit is settled in full or a formal No Due Certificate (NDC) is generated, no addition of names can be administratively authorized.
- Subject to the active currency of the tenancy agreement, the name addition protocol can be initiated at any operational time window post-allotment.
- Restriction: No name inclusion parameters will be entertained or sanctioned in instances bound by active litigation, ongoing legal disputes, or pending court rulings.
- No addition parameters will be cleared if the property asset has tracking records indicating unauthorized encroachments on public land or if the premises are being utilized for purposes other than their designated residential intent.
- Name modification and additions are permitted exclusively on the condition that all outstanding financial balance arrears due up to the precise date of application intake are cleared in full.
Endorsement Fee Architecture
The regulatory endorsement fee structure framework evaluated at the time of processing is mapped systematically based on the structural size of the dwelling unit as follows:

Standard Processing Procedure & Checklist
To integrate a spouse into the property title record, the primary hirer must compile and present the following verification documents directly into the office of the presiding localized Estate Manager:
- Submission of a formal, duly drafted application matching the structure mapped under Proforma Form A-I.
- A legal Affidavit drafted onto a Non-Judicial Stamp Paper valued at Rs. 10/-, certified by a Magistrate 1st Class, structured as per Proforma Form A-II.
- A separate legal matching Affidavit executed by the incoming spouse (husband or wife whose name is to be newly written into the records) onto a Non-Judicial Stamp Paper valued at Rs. 3/-, certified by a Magistrate 1st Class under Proforma Form A-III.
- An attested clear photocopy of the primary property Allotment Letter alongside unblemished passport-sized photographs of the incoming husband or wife.
- Non-Refundable Processing Fee: A processing charge of Rs. 50/- must be appended to the application file via a valid Bank Draft drawn in favor of 'Housing Wing HSVP (erstwhile Housing Board Haryana)', made payable at Panchkula.
