Normally One Nursing Home and 3-4 clinics sites (subject to actual requirement) are carved out in each sector to be developed. The size of a clinic site is 250-300 Sq. yards. For a Nursing Home 500 Sq. yard land is provided.
As per the existing policy the sites for Nursing Home/Clinic and Schools are sold through open auction as per existing policy.

• Mode / Schedule of Payments
• 10% at the time of fall of hammer.
• 15% within 30 days from the date of issue of letter of intent.
• Balance 75% in 8 bi-annual instalments with 15% interest. However Ist instalment is recovered within 30 days from the date of issue of RLA only.

The allotment is made on letter of intent basis. The allottee arranges adequate funds for his project and also gets the building plan sanctioned within a period of 6 months only. Thereafter the regular allotment is issued. In case of failure to do so the letter of intent is withdrawn.
