The Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran has built the Allottee Corner Mobile Application for Android Users. This application is provided by the HSVP at no cost and is intended for use as is. The purpose of this application is to facilitate the allottees of commercial/institutional/residential plots auctioned off by the Authority in Haryana. Through this mobile application, allottees will be given view rights of their property. The allottees will be able to view various details and information about the plots allotted to them, including their status with respect to payments.
Allottee Corner is an initiative of the HSVP for developing a single and centralised portal for allottees to view details of their plots. The information collected through this application is meant solely for the purpose of the Allottee Corner Mobile Application. This information will not be used or shared with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at the Allottee Corner Mobile Application unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience while using our Services, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to:
● Login Credentials, including ID and Password
● Read and Write Permission
● Camera Permissions for Uploading Documents and Profile Photos
● Storage (The information requested through the application will be retained and used as described in the Privacy Policy. The application uses third-party Services that may collect information used to identify you.)
● Google Play Services

Log Data

In case of an error in the application, whenever you use our Services, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the application, the time and date of your use of the service, and other statistics.

Terms & Conditions

By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you –
1. In case it is found at any stage that the Parivar Pehchaan Patra and/or Aadhaar Card number provided by you is wrong or not yours, the application is liable to be rejected.
2. As per Item 35 of Chapter VII of Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016, if a person enters the Aadhaar number of any other person and attempts to impersonate another person, dead or alive, real or imaginary, he/she shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend up to three years and shall also be liable to a fine which may extend up to ten thousand rupees.
3. In case you do not have Aadhaar, you are requested to apply for Aadhaar enrolment at any Aadhaar Enrolment Centre at the earliest and revisit the portal with your e-Aadhaar details.
4. Before proceeding to the next step, properly check your Name, DOB, and Gender auto-filled by the portal.
5. If the name is not yours then recheck your Parivar Pehchaan Patra/Aadhaar details filled by you.
6. If the spelling of your Name/ DOB/ Gender/Caste/Family Income/BPL is wrong, then visit the nearest Parivar Pehchaan Patra Enrolment Centre to correct the details and re-visit the portal.
7. If more than one application is found to be made online, your application is liable to be rejected.
8. If there is any wrong entry or mismatch of the Aadhaar linked Bank-account details, the State Government will not be responsible for miscredit.
9. The password length should not be less than 8 and not more than 20 characters.
10. The password must contain at least one digit [0-9], one upper case [A-Z], one lower case letter [a-z], and one special character such as [@#&*$!].
11. Please avoid choosing a password that is generic, guessable, or inferable
12. Application data can be shared with other government Departments/Authorities such as the Government of India and the Government of Haryana.
